Design Briefing 

To infuse a family home and spa with a stylish Mediterranean ambiance.

The kitchen has Antique Oak flooring: random width wide planks of between 5” and 12” (12–30cm), in lengths up to 14’ (427cm), were finished in Limed Natural Oil. The living, library and dining rooms have Ash Marron - Herringbone and Versailles patterns with Wenge borders. The brown Ash Marron was distressed and finished with Limed Natural Oil. In the pool area, Unmilled Silver-Grey Barnwood was used as a natural accent in the entrance and the bar. The walk-in closet was fitted in a select-graded Continental White Oak.
