One of Ebony and Co’s favourite projects of the year 2009 was the magnificent Connaught Hotel and its ‘silver rooms’ with stunning wall cladding by Ebony and Co London.
The Ash wall panels designed by Oliver Laws and bespoke made by Ebony and Co had a bronze inlay strip and ingrained silver metal finish that gave the rooms their names.
The unique system of coating or ingraining real metals onto the timber, developed for/by Ebony and Co offers a unique perspective on hardwood finishes. Our metal finish offers a perfect marriage between the warmth and natural patterns of timber with the richness and elegance of metallic glow that comes from within the grain.
The Silver rooms at The Connaught Hotel are part of the private dining areas/meeting suites available to guests. With views of the Moon Garden another gem of The Connaught, these offer a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the West End.
Ebony and Co London congratulates The Connaught for winning the Quintessentially Award in the “Best Hotel of the Year 2010” category and wishes them every success.
