Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv

A destination all by itself, this 11-suite boutique hotel on 48 Boulevard Rotschild is undeniably modern. It boasts an uplifting and humbling spirit, partly thanks to the use of noble and authentic materials.
  • Project:

    Boutique Hotel, Israel

  • Floor:
American Walnut Clear Grade wide planks with a Faded Ultramatt Poly finish in 24 - 28cm random widths and 150-400cm random lengths.
  • Design:
    Liaigre, Paris
The Bauhaus architecture, seaside location, abundant daylight and Tel Aviv’s unique personality informed the design language of Paris-based design studio Liaigre, which excelled at expressing the venue’s values in the most refined way.
Liaigre is known for mastering the art of sophisticated simplicity, and the American Walnut Clear Grade floor is a perfect illustration of this.

Seeking playfulness whilst safeguarding sophisticated serenity, Liaigre chose to use American Walnut Clear Grade wide planks in random lengths and random widths.
R48 is one of those rare gems where all separate design elements are simply beautiful but combined reach an almost mystic level of urban poetry.

This breath taking hospitality project heralds the place’s intrinsic qualities and skilfully seduces visitors with the purest materials and colour tones.
Orchestrated like a perfect union of tactility, colour and light, the design of each space feels like a story of which only the first few pages are given away, inviting guests to create their personal narrative during their stay.
Tel Aviv has many perks. Indeed, one of them is the quality of the light, a natural element that the designers embraced and amplified wherever possible. The rooftop pool reflects the beauty of its surroundings.
Like a silent whisper, each room is carefully composed of pure essentials of the highest quality.
