True Bog Oak wood floors are originally reclaimed from boglands and lakes, and always achieved their colour throughout the wood by natural discoloration.

Classical yet modern, the vibe of this Swiss city dwelling is everything but old-fashioned.

Bog Oak trees have been buried under saturated wet soil deposits for thousands of years. Transformed into shades of dark greenish and greyish-brown up to deep black, the wood can be beautifully dense and refined in grain.

Typical to Bog Oak is the tight grain structure, giving the wood a dense and refined appearance.

Full of character and untold history, Bog Oak magically informs the space.

Sometimes, it’s desirable to lend the reclaimed Bog Oak a bit more colour variation.
