The character of this home is defined by contrast: between smooth surfaces and natural materials, sharp lines and soft light. The floor supports this balance with a calm yet textured look, combining the cleaner Select grade with the more expressive knots and grain of our Country planks.
In the living room, the rich tone of the Megeve Lava finish creates a warm backdrop for natural wood, sculptural ceramics, and soft neutral tones.
In the bedroom, the flooring works in harmony with the custom cabinetry, enhancing the tone-on-tone palette and adding structure underfoot. The wide 30 cm format helps anchor the space and highlight the natural proportions of the room. The grain adds quiet movement across the long planks, without overpowering the space.
The stairs are also finished in the same floorboards, with each tread and riser fully wrapped to continue the same tone and texture across levels. This gives the transition between floors a natural, built-in feel, without visual breaks.
Whether in the living spaces or quieter corners, the flooring supports a sense of calm and clarity, always present, never loud.
